5-day hiking trip with overnight stay in refuges
Champoluc - Gressoney: Aosta Valley
Discover a 5-day hiking tour, guided by Aurélie_Happyshoes, a qualified mountain guide, who will take you through breathtaking landscapes between the Matterhorn and the Monte Rosa massif.
The hikes will be accompanied by Alessandra Malfa, a qualified physiotherapist who will give advice on accident prevention, guide warm-ups before setting off, as well as specific stretching and strengthening exercises for hiking upon arrival at the cabin.
Come explore the magnificent Aosta Valley with Aurélie_HappyShoes, who is passionate about the Aosta Valley, and Alessandra Malfa, who is originally from the Aosta Valley.
You'll have the opportunity to savor local produce and AOC wines in magnificent Italian cabins. This unique experience combines adventure, nature, gastronomy, and wellness for an unforgettable stay.

June 21, 2026: Short walk around Champoluc, visit to Forte di Bard (if desired) and return home

Each day: warm-ups and joint mobility session guided by Alessandra Malfa, physiotherapist .
Note: It is very difficult to travel to Italy by public transport. We will try to organize carpooling depending on the number of participants, at least from the city of Aosta.

Requirements
To participate in this excursion, you must be a fit hiker, sure-footed and familiar with small trails both downhill and uphill.

It is the participant's responsibility to take out health and accident insurance covering mountain rescue, including extreme sports. It is strongly recommended to join Air Zermatt or another insurance company (CHF 35 per year only for emergency medical assistance from the air).
