About me
Good morning! Hallo! Ciao! Hello!
I am Aurélie_Happy Shoes
It's in nature, especially in the mountains, that I feel happiest and most connected to myself. I spent my childhood in Leysin in the Vaud Alps and have now been lucky enough to live in Valais for several years. I've also made my home in Zermatt, an internationally renowned resort surrounded by 4,000m peaks and larch trees.
After many years spent at the reception of hotels, tourist offices and recently ski schools and guide offices, I decided that the time had come to guide hikes in my turn. That's when I decided to enroll in the ASGM mountain guide training; training that I completed in 2022. Two years later, with my Federal Certificate in my pocket and additional T4 training, I am completely happy and proud of my choice. Since my first steps on the Way of Saint James with my guide and mentor Edgar Oberson, I guide each of my hikes with passion and joie de vivre. From France to Zermatt, from Italy to Leysi, I am eager for discovery and new encounters.
Always having new projects in mind, it is in 2026 that I am concocting a new adventure for you in Norway.
I look forward to sharing my passion for mountain hiking and spending beautiful days in nature with you. I hope you find what you're looking for among the hikes on offer. If not, I'll be happy to take note of your wishes and organize the hike of your choice.
