With their last 3 years of experience, Stefanie and Aurélie_Happyshoes are happy to present their 4th Rando&Yoga weekend in Zermatt.

 

What's the plan?

 

SATURDAY

  • Meet in Täsch on Saturday morning

  • Hiking from Täschalp to Zermatt

  • Check-in at the Capricorn Hotel

  • Approx. 5:30 p.m. Yin yoga

  • 7:00 p.m. Dinner at Casa Mia Restaurant

 

Sunday

  • Wake up at 6:30

  • 06:45 Hatha Yoga

  • 08:00 Breakfast

  • Hike to the Lost Valley and return to Zermatt with the Gornergrat train

  • Arrival in Zermatt around 4:00 p.m.

DURATION

2 days

(approximately 5 - 6 hours of actual walking per day)

 

ELEVATION AND MILEAGE

Day 1: Täschalp - Sunnegga

8.5 km / +600m / - 200m

 

Day 2: Sunnegga - Lost Valley - Zermatt

13km / + 600 - 700m

 

PRICE

In a group , minimum 4 people:
CHF 420.00 per person

Surefooted

 

Open to everyone, perfect for beginners in Yoga.

from 6 people = 2 mountain guides

Important information

Requirements

To participate in this weekend, you must be a fit hiker, sure-footed and familiar with small trails both uphill and downhill.

No yoga knowledge required

Insurance

It is the participant's responsibility to take out health and accident insurance covering mountain rescue, including extreme sports. It is strongly recommended to join Air Zermatt or (CHF 35 per year only for emergency medical assistance from the air).
